Paul Mandel is commitred to the privacy of our clients and candidates. We will ensure that all information gathered via this website will remain private, and only be used specific purposes detailed in this policy:

 

We collect information via submitted resumé's, enquiries, or questions submitted via online form or email. Information such as names, telephone numbers, email addresses, addresses, educational backgrounds, professional experiences, language skills, and other professional skills, will be used for the following purposes:

Keeping candidates informed of Paul Mandel relevant news and job vacancies;

Matching candidates to specific vacancies;

forwarding qualifications to clients for matched vacancies;

for compiling industry specific information for candidates such as salary surveys.

Information regarding race, gender, disabilities, and other personal specifics may be collected for the purposes of equal opportunities monitoring. This information is optional, and will be passed on securely to our clients, for their own internal equal opportunities monitoring purposes.

 

We will share your information within the Paul Mandel group, in order to provide our recruitment services. Resumés will be sent to perspective clients directly, once consent has been given by you. We reserve the right to disclose your information to any third party sub-contractors of Paul Mandel, who will also be working under similar privacy rules. Any outsourced work by Paul Mandel, will be in order to support internal operations and enhance any recruitment process. We also reservce the right to disclose any personal information in connection with the sale or merger of any part of the business.

Information protection is of huge importance to Paul MandelPaul Mandel, and we take measures to ensure the data we collect will remain private. We have very limited access to our databases, and do not give access to any unassociated partners. We also have electronic security protecting our databases.

When submitting a resumé to Paul Mandel via the online sumbission forms, the resumé will be stored on the Paul MandelPaul Mandel database and will only accessible by Paul Mandel employees. Resumés can be updated by candidates by just submitting the updated resumé to our website.

 

 

Cookies
